넵 빠른 답변 감사드립니다. 근데, 문서들이 어떤 것은 한글, 어떤 것은 영문, 어떤 문서들은 한글+영문인데요. 이런 문서들을 각각 구분하여 프롬프트를 변경해서 날려줘야 한다는 말씀인가요? 한글이나 영문처럼 구분이 되는 것들이야 어떻게 체크해서 프롬프트를 변경해준다고 하지만 한글과 영문이 혼용된 문서인 경우에는 어떻게 해야할까요? 제가 전에 프롬프트에 "한글은 한글로 영문은 영문으로 원문 그대로 키워드를 추출하라" 라고도 해봤었는데요. 그때도 완벽하게 먹히지 않더라구요. 그럼.. 답변 부탁 드립니다. 감사합니다.

안녕하세요? 이번에 핵심키워드 추출 API를 약 7만건의 문서를 가지고 사용하면서 좋은 점과 아쉬운 점을 공유합니다. 먼저, 좋았던 점은 추출된 키워드의 품질이 괜찮아 보이고, input 문서 내용에서 공백을 제거하고 input을 해도 output 값은 공백이 있을때처럼 잘 나오는 것 같습니다. 물론, 영문도 잘 나오는 것 같습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은... 1. json형태로 핵심키워드 return 값을 받을려고 응답예시까지 json형태로 해달라고 프롬프트에 넣었으나, 일부 몇십개들은 return값에서 중간에 따옴표가 한두개 빠지거나 이상한 문자들이 들어가는 현상이 있는 것 같습니다. 그래서, 이 부분들은 status code가 200 OK로 나와서 수작업으로 처리할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 2. API요청을 돌리던 중에 500 Error가 계속 발생하여 고객센터에 요청해서 오류 처리하였는데요. 많은 request를 요청한 것도 아닌데 API서버가 오류를 낸 다는 것이 좀 이해가 가지는 않았습니다만, 빠른 오류 대응처리에는 감사 드립니다. 3. 여기 포럼에도 "Too many reuqests"에 대한 얘기들이 많던데요. 이 부분에 대하여 명확하게 초당몇건이나 분당 몇건이라던가 이런 임계치가 없는 부분이 좀 아쉽습니다. 4. 제가 느끼기에는 아직 API 서비스가 아주 만족스러운 정도는 아닌것 같은데요. 토큰 과금 비용이 좀 과하게 느껴집니다. (개인적인 생각) 5. 저만 그런지 모르겠지만 ncloud 사이트나 사용자가이드, API가이드 등의 메뉴 구조가 너무 난해한 것 같습니다. 내가 필요한 메뉴를 찾는것도 많이 헷갈리는데다가 좀 찾아다 보면 웹브라우저 상단에 탭이 한 열 몇개는 기본으로 열려있는 것 같습니다. 너무 아쉬운 점을 많이 말씀을 드린 것 같습니다만... 앞으로 네이버 클라우드의 많은 발전을 응원하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
